Sticking Clutch
Hi,
I have been suffering with a sticking clutch that sticks at the bottom of the travel.
It makes driving very difficult. If I go into higher rpm the clutch is fine for a few minutes and then it returns to being sticky.
The best way I can describe the issue is that when I push it down I get to the last inch and it needs a little extra force to overcome a nothc and then it goes does to the floor. the pedal then sticks to the floor for a split second.
I have replaced my master cylinder for new OEM. Braided clutch line new from Hel. I even used a New OEM slave with the CDValve and the issue was still there. I have replaced the CDValve slave for my old slave as I cleaned it up and it works fine.
Already done the relubing and smoothing the slave rod. I have lubed the master cylinder push rod. No difference.
What could this possibly be? I am 100% sure there is no air in the system.
Clutch was replaced around a year ago, could it be Throw out bearing?
Mike

Most likely they did not lube the inner pocket of the TO bearing.
The only external thing left for you to try is to lube the two fork tips where they contact the bearing.
