Default Steering returning to past center

Hello all,

It may just be me but something doesn't feel right with my suspension. When I am going highway speeds and say for example I turn the wheel to two o'clock and let go of it, it will go to the 11 o'clock position before returning to center? Shouldn't the wheel just return to the 12 o'clock center position? Is this sort of behavior normal?

What are your alignment specs and tires (brand/model/size)?

caster, caster, caster. Then maybe, very rarely, rack problem, but unlikely.
