Steering is jerking only on slight left turns
So a week ago i replace new front rotors only. I went out for a test drive right after and it felt fine (no highway). I drove it the next day on the highway and on slight left turns the car starts to jerk back and forth. I'm holding the steering wheel steady, not braking, foot steady on the gas. On harder left turns its fine. Right turns are also ok. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here's a list of what i've done after this happened so far:
2 new front tire (RE-71R 255/40/17)
took calipers apart, lubed sliding pins re-assembled and re-torqued everything
put car on alignment rack to check to see if steering rack is loose.
inspect all nuts and bolts for front and rear suspension.
checked tire pressure
check for noise/movement from wheel hub/bearing
swapped rotors
reset torque sensor

i would bring it to joey and have him take a look at it.
since you only replaced your rotors, i would go back and take a look at that as well. how does the tire look? how does the brake compare to the other side?
i assume you have a 07 with traction control. i am wondering if your abs sensor is reporting something funny. if your an 07 any traction light come up on dash?

Its a 2004. Triple checked the rotors, pads (even both sides), calipers, sliding pins. Tires are new and wearing evenly. Now patiently waiting for the s2k guru to get back to me.

No EPS codes? Tie rod ends, ball joints ok? Wheel bearing would make a lot of noise before it got to that stage. Installing the slider pins in backwards would just cause the brake to lock up not cause the steering to jerk.
