Lots of time a dying battery can show a nominal charge with no load, but when a load is applied it just can't put out the current anymore.

Most likely, its probably just the starter. (definitely not the alternator). When i installed a brand new starter, it was a night n day difference. Starts up like it was new. Obviously check the battery first.
