Stalling problem?

Stalling problem?
I recently got my S2000 and I have had some wierd stalling problems. I have to admit, some of them were due to lack of driving skill and driving a "real" sports car and/or being lazy not paying attention. On the other hand I have had a couple stalls where I just sat there confused thinking what the heck happened. I've owned/ drove enough manual cars of all types to know that these occasional stalls are not normal for something stock. The car will start moving smoothly and never buck or anything and bam it just stops.
One thing I did notice is that I have a reasonable amount of flywheel chatter and the car does rev pretty quick compared to what I'm used to. I have never driven a stock AP before this for any length of time.
I was thinking the map sensor may need to be fixed but there are no idle problems. I'm putting my bet on a lighter flywheel. Any suggestions? (other than learn to drive )
Thanks !!

K sorry guys!
It's a 2001 right at 103k and has an Injen cai and tein s techs. Thats it, to my knowledge! I doubt there has been a tune up done. I got it with 101k just a month ago.
The car runs flawlessly except for these rare ocasions.
