I have no idea why or the reason as to why this happens every once in awhile. Today I go to my car, put the key in, it the clutch, and press the start button. The engine started like usual. However, when I let go of the clutch the car started shaking like I was about to stall out and almost did until i pushed the clutch in all the way. I was not in reverse or 1st gear. Does anyone have any insight as to why this might have happened? I have 18k on my car and its an 00. Well, I dropped the car off at Honda and i'll find the results out tomorrow. I hope its all covered under warranty

If it happened recently since we started getting the colder mornings here in NJ then it is just your ecu not use to such cold starts. It takes a week or so of cold starts for the ecu to get its act together then it usually goes away unless you reset the ecu. If not I have no idea. I get this on cold starts all year long becuase I have no ecu fuse in. Once warmed up it goes away.
