Default SRS and VSA lights after clutch change

After I changed my clutch and put everything back together my airbag and VSA light both came on.

Now my friend that was helping me disconnected the positive battery terminal instead of the negative. ( not sure if this is relevant but maybe it triggered the SRS light?) I tried re-setting it with a paperclip and it won't go away.

I figured that the VSA light was on because after lowering the subframe the alignment was off.

I had an alignment done and about 40 miles later the light is still on and VSA is not working.
