Default SRS Reset

Hello. I recently gutted my s2k, and in the process I disconnected the passenger seat belt connector. I re-connected it and now my SRS light is on. I tried pulling the negative lead on the battery for a while with no luck. I've heard a few people talk about shorting some yellow connector? Is there a "real" DIY on how to reset this light? Thanks!

The process is described in the Helm manual. It works, I've done it. There is a specific warning not to just use a jumper wire to accomplish the task. I used a jumper wire.

Personally, I'm not going to take the responsibility of writing up a DIY and then having some yahoo explode the airbag into his face and blame me for it. Plus, it's already written up in the manual. IMO, anybody who doesn't have the service manual shouldn't be messing around with the SRS.

If you could post a link, that would be helpful.

Found a service manual here and did the fix. No more SRS light. For those in the same boat I am in check here.
