I removed my Steering wheel, and replaced it with another one. When I removed it the SRS Reel came apart and unspooled all over the place.

I carefully rewrapped the spool, and put it back on the spindle. I then turned the module as far as it would go in one direction then counted the number of revolutions to where it would no longer turn on the other direction. I then unwrapped it 1/2 way and put everything back together again.

The cruise control works flawlessly, the horn works, I get no SRS, EPS, or CEL lights.

I took the car to a parking lot and drove the car in circles making sure to go lock to lock.

Obviously the airbag did not deploy. I hear no clicking when I turn the wheel.

Am I OK? Or should I order a new SRS reel?

If you go the reel reassembled they way it came apart, you should be fine. Given your description I think you dodged a bullet.

I did that once, got the steering wheel on wrong and snapped the spool internally. You were lucky, it could have gone either way.
