Unfortunately an SRS (Safety Restraint System) code is a "hard code and will not clear with a power off of the ECU. You need to clear the SRS memory which is seperate from the normal OBD-II circuit. If you are not REALLY fluent in SRS systems take it to the dealer and be nice. Ask the service manager if might clear your SRS system using their Honda PGM Tester (Ref: Honda PGM Tester SRS Vehicle System Supplement). They will most likely do it for free just to see your FI sytem.

If your are SRS literate you can clear the system as follows:
1) Ignition OFF
2) Connect jumper connector to MES (2P) connector on the main fuse block
Turn Ignition on (III)
3) SRS light will come on for 6 seconds. You must remove the service connector within 4 seconds of the light going off.
4) SRS indicator will blink 2 times indicating it has cleared.
5) Turn ignition off for at least 10 seconds before restarting the car.

Presto no more light.......

P.S. To clear the ECM pull the No.25 Backup fuse out of the main fuse block located under the drivers side. This is the large fuse block and the noted fuse is the second one down on the right side of the block (7.5 AMP). By the way you only need to remove it for 10 seconds............
