Is there a way to fix this?

The SRS light is on since I installed harnesses on both sides. I would like to have the airbags functional which I do not believe they are at this time.

Did you remove the stock seatbelt retractors? If the retractors are not in place the SRS won't operate.

Retractors and belts are gone. So I might as well remove the bags. What do they weigh?

Pretty much an inoperative system now. Unless you want to plug the retractors back up so the bags will work.

The drivers side steering wheel bag weighs 4 lbs. I assume the passenger one weighs a little more.

I removed the retractors, but still thought that the airbags would function. No reason to keep the passenger one in now.

As for the annoying SRS light--a V1 Remote display fits nicely there, but electrical tape never disappoints.

Umm...how much does the bulb weigh? I'll just pull it.

Forget the airbag, I'll just ditch the whole wheel

I just need to keep the airhorns.
