srs light is on?

There's a 2pin yellow connector that doesn't connect to anything but just is plugged into a dummy holder slot in the fusebox. Pull it out. Short it with a paperclip. turn IGN ON.
When SRS light will go off after a few seconds, real fast, unplug the jumper.
When SRS goes on again, real fast, plug the jumper back in.
It will go off again, unplug real quick.
At this point, the SRS light should flash 2 times. Turn IGN OFF. Wait a few seconds. Then you should be good to go.

Or you could be like me........

I had to drop the steering column to install a gauge and broke the cable reel. If you cruise control or horn also don't work, that might be your problem.

no, you have to reset your srs module. The 2ohm resistor is only to PREVENT it from coming on. Once the SRS light is on, you must perform the reset procedure that Kirpich stated.
