Question Squeal Around Pulley Area

2005 S2K with 125K miles. For a while now, there is a pronounced squeal around the belt area when the car is first started, and continuing for a period of time ranging from about a minute to ten minutes or so before it goes away. It seems the longer it has been since driving the car, the longer the time until the squeal goes away. It appears across the RPM range, but it "goes away" at idle before going away at higher RPM's.

Using a stethoscope I thought it was the top (tensioner) pulley, or maybe the idler pulley below it. So I purchased these two pulleys (OEM Honda) and changed them both today. This took about an hour and $105. To my dismay, when I started her up, the sound was still there! OK, I wasted time and money without fixing the problem.

Any ideas? Thanks!

What about the belt itself? Is it old, cracked, etc? What about the belt wear indicator mark on the tensioner? Is it past the 'replace' mark? Google for a photo of where to look for these marks. They look like castijg marks, but are really meant to be there for checking belt wear.

When you had the belt off, did you try spining all the other belt driven pullys, water pump, ac compressor, etc? Make sure their bearings are smooth, no play, etc...
