I had the TSB for the decel buzz done, and asked them to lube the fork. When I got it back it was fine, then within a couple days I thought it was coming back. It's now been two weeks and it is definitely coming back. Has anyone had it start groaning again after the fork lube, or did the dealer just not do it? I wonder if there is a defective boot design causing this. Who has successfully fixed this problem?

I lubed mine about a month ago, and so far it is perfect. It's really much more enjoyable to drive. Now if I ever find someone I trust to do the clutch buzz TSB my car will be even better....

Perhaps I'm not being clear. There is a groaning/binding noise involved, but the bothersome part is the lack of smoothness in operation. You can't engage or release the clutch in a smooth fluid motion as it is binding and jerking as the pedal moves. My other question is: Are there only a half dozen of us with this problem?????

Same problem here (forgive me for resurrecting this thread).
Just started recently after having new master and slave cylinders installed, along with a new clutch (at a different shop). Mechanics these days... does no one take the time to do a job right anymore? Christ, this is driving me nuts. The clutch is fine during on shifts, but when trying to get going from a stop, the sticking on the way up makes things really annoying.
I'll have to get the car up on stands this week and lube the fork to see if that does the trick.
