squeaking noise coming from throttle pedal

This happen to anybody? I noticed this the day before yesterday. When ever I let off the throttle I hear a squeaking sound. It will only do it when the car is on and in gear. I tried playing with it while it was off, nothing. Also while it was on and in neutral and again nothing. Also I think I smell something different when I get out, but I don
