squeaking noise at 1500rpms

squeaking noise at 1500rpms
I have a wierd squeaking noise when taking off in the 1500 rpm range. It only does it at that rpm. I sounds like a serp belt/intake wistle but I can't seem to figure it out. I put a new belt on the car. Any ideas guys?

Yea the air filter is cleaned and oiled. 
it's possible it's the intake but it started randomly and the intake was on the car for atleast 10k miles before it started. So i think it's wierd to randomly start and not as soon as I put the intake on.
