Default Sqeak at low speeds coming from the rear?

Started noticing this last week, and now I'm starting to get nervous. I've searched, and read threads that range anywhere from a bad wheel bearing, to caliper moving around. I'm just looking to get more advice. Car is a 2001, with Tein S Tech springs from previous owner. At low speeds (5-10 MPH) I hear this sqeak coming from the rear. It's only after I've driven the car for more than 10-15 minutes. It's definitely relative to tire rotation, as the sqeak comes in and out slower as I decelerate, and faster as I accelerate, but then disappears after I hit 20mph. To my ear, it sounds likes Rubber on metal, like maybe the tire rubbing the spring, but I had the car up in the air, and everything clears just fine, the calipers are fine, pads are brand new, no warping on the rotors. I'm pretty much out of ideas. I'll try to get a sound clip later. Any ideas?
