Default Spring choice?

Ok i know this has been covered 1000 times, but i can't find the answer im looking for. I was to upgrade my suspension on the S. I really don't know what to get. I was thinking that i should just get some springs and that would be all fine. From what i read the KG/MM race springs are the best choice for what i need. The car is a daily driver, but i also take it autocrossing, drag racing, and hopefully soon to a track. It appears that the KG/MM's are the best for what i need. Does anyone have any personal experience with this product under all these applications? Is there another product that i am overlooking? If you have and comments please let me know. I don't want to spend money now to find out there is something that i should have got instead. Thanks in advance.

I have the HKS springs and they're perfect for me, however I don't do any autocrossing.

I have H&R springs and I enjoy them, but I don't think their right for your needs. I've heard good things about the KG/MM springs, but in all actuality, you should get coilovers. This way you can adjust height and stiffness for whatever you're doing at the moment. H&R has a coil-over kit for $1400, Tein coilovers are similarily priced. If you don't want to spend that much, go with Comptech's adjustable springs($600). If money is even tighter than that, I guess you can go with the KG/MM springs, but personally, I feel coilovers are your best option if you plan on auto-x.
