Default Spoon upper strut bar

Not sure if this is the right area but this thing does go under the hood. I bought a Spoon upper strut bar from another member and would like to know if there is any torque spec. I know the torque spec for the strut nuts are 36ft lbs but what I need is the torque spec for the two bolts (one on each end of the bar). The reason I am asking because the person who had the bar tightened it to tight and ripped the threads right out of it. The bar is at the machine shop getting a heli coil put in.

Thanks

It would seem to me that simply because the bolts hold the bar on that the torzue spec would not matter, Dont bust your knuckles trying to get it on there because you would risk bending the brackets, but snug should be good. I had mine loose on my old cars strut bar, seemed to make little or no difference
