spoon sports springs?

Default spoon sports springs?
anybody running these? how much stiffer are they than stock. also i have heard it is about an inch drop buts really only about .75 of an inch. is this true? thanks.

Spoon springs are excellent springs. Lowers by less than an inch, and the ride is actually BETTER than stock ('00).

better in what ways? softer ride? i hope not i want something firmer
