Spoon Sports B&B crate motor DYNO RESULTS!
#22
I would be interested to know what other S2000s were putting down on that same dyno. I would also like to see a better scale on the A/F ratio. It doesn't look like it was even tuned. There is no doubt in my mind that you could pick up significant power by lowering VTEC (and tuning properly). You should also be able to keep the power almost flat after peak.

Socrates, well, I don't think I'll be doing ITBs... As bad as it sounds, I'm really contemplating getting a supercharger and seeing what happens...
Thanks for all the support guys!! This was really an expensive crap shoot for me, and at no time did I expect these numbers. I knew the car was faster, but I didn't know if I had just gotten a crap motor for the first one, or if the car was actually signifigantly faster then a "perfect stock" motor...

This is a N1 motor by the way. Are you sure that Forced Induction is the correct way to go?
I would really like to see what is going to happen, if you go N/A.
good luck with your motor! Dont forget us when you buy the BADA$$ charger

What is the displacement of this engine that is making 250whp? Does it not equate to roughly 295 crank hp? On a 2.0 that would be amazing because it is close to Touring car specific outputs of around 150hp/litre.
