I've just got a used Spoon single but I don't know what size internal diameter to get, I measured it and I think it's 62mm? I understand I need a 2 bolt and 3 bolt flange type (for b pipe and tailpipe)?

The ID size doesn't have to be exact, 2 or 3 mm larger is fine so long the bolt holes match up.. Locally metric gaskets are a little hard to find but I've used 2.5 inch ID gaskets on my Spoon exhaust with no leaks.

60mm or 2.5" is basically the same. That's what you need.
