Default Spoon 1.5 way lsd

Hi i have recently installed a brand new spoon 1.5 way clutch pack lsd,

it has been 6000kms since i have installed it and i am still getting very strong chattering from the rear wheels when i am turning the corner at low speeds, it is not as bad as when i first got the diff, it only occurs sometimes but is still quite noticeable.

When i first got the diff i did figure 8's in the carpark to wear it in for around 25 minutes, i then changed out the diff oil straight away, i then waited another 1,000kms then changed the oil out again, my next oil change was done about 4,000kms after i had installed it and by then the chattering had died down quite a bit.

Is there somethign wrong with my spoon lsd? i am currently running redline gear oil 80w140 which was the oil reccommended to me by the redline oil distributor in melbourne Australia. When i do low speed cornering with the car i get very loud knocking noises coming from the rear end of the car which is the clucth pack lsd, my friend has installed the kaaz 1.5way lsd which i have been told is the same as the spoon 1.5way lsd and his lsd has done a few more kms than mine and is perfectly quiet.

Is there somethign that i can add to the diff oil to make it quieter or get rid of the clutch chattering?

any help is greatly appreciated
thanks.
