Speedometer gauge flicker

I decided to just toss in a new alternator to see if it would help, and yeah the problem went away, the gauges do not dim / fade anymore and are very bright all the time.

did you try www.hondaautomotive.com ?
what is napa's website, or how do i order from them to rebuild my alternator?

I don't think you understand, you're making this way more complicated than it needs to be. Just go to Napa and buy one, there was already another thread here where someone gave you the Part # to order at Napa. That's it, I promise, it won't get any hard than that.
