Default Speedometer, fuel guage, right turn signal, odometer issues

Just recently was driving and looked at the speedometer and thought man im driving fast. I thought i was doing 40mph but speedometer read 60. Then i was on the freeway and speedometer read 140 mph. THought man this is a good car. Then looked at the odometer and when i had it smogged it read 104500 and now it reads 204500. Also the right turn signal ticks a lot faster than the left turn signal. lastly the fuel guage reads nearly full when i've driven close to 200 miles. All these issues appened at the same time. I recall hearing a whining noise and these issues starting.

Any help in resolving these issues?

You can change between by holding down the "sel" button under the fuel guage

Ground connector G101 (back of cylinder head) is directly responsible for skewed speedometer readings. While your problem may differ from what I've seen, I would check it.
