Spark Plugs, which ones?
I am about to do a complete oil change on the S2000 (motor, tranny, differential) and would like to go full steam ahead and change the spark plugs as well. Any other recommendation would be appreciated to add on to the list.
I've looked, but I searched on Ebay, can I use these
for approx $30 a set of four
NGK Qty 4 Iridium IX BKR7EIX-11 6988 Spark Plug

Assuming you aren't boosted, I'd recommend getting either the standard platinum ones:
NGK (7772) PFR7G-11S Laser Platinum Spark Plug
or possibly the iridium ones:
NGK (7746) IFR7G-11KS Laser Iridium Spark Plug
NGK (7772) PFR7G-11S Laser Platinum Spark Plug

Not boosted, which one do you highly recommend?
Thinking of the Iridium..
Maybe this is a placebo, but man, I felt a night/day difference changing all the fluids on the car!! Motul diferential fluid, MTF tranny Fluid, Castrol 10-30 with Titanium. Had made my AP1 accelerate faster, shifting is much smoother. feels a bit more power top end. My first Oil change

I check ever one, but I'd never had an NGK spark plug come with the wrong gap, but if you want to pay extra for a red box, by all means, go ahead.

I bought the 7772's from amazon for $38.40 shipped.
They came gapped perfectly, one was just a LITTLE wider than the 3 others so I just put that one on cyl. 4 since I believe that's what's recommended to do in that case. It was really barely measurable I'm just anal and heard about putting the widest gapped plug in cyl 4 and figured why not. In reality they were all probably the same.
Obviously, I've had no issues for ~3 to 4,000 miles but that's that's never really been a concern with either of these plugs. I did a valve adjustment about 2k miles after putting these plugs in and had to remove them - again no visible issues.
Remember that NGK plugs don't need anti-seize on initial install. If you are going to check your plugs at some point in the future after instaling them (like I did) then I believe the popular vote is to apply a light coat of anti-seize - even though the NGK site doesn't specify.
