Default SPAL Puller Fan Wiring

I'm trying to wire in a SPAL puller fan for an oil cooler, but have been popping a fuse and can't figure out where I've gone wrong. The fuse only blows when i key on, so I know the switched power is working. Thoughts?

Fan: SPAL VA31-A101-46A which based on the sheet has a max draw of 6.5A.
Relay:

Switched power is from the ELD based on this thread: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-el...-block-223367/
Main Power: Connected directly to the battery with a fuse holder, 7.5A fuse
Fan and Relay Ground points are the same bolt on the front/passenger side ground point near the headlight.
