Sound like suspension noise, but isn't
I got a new tinny clank sound that sounds like its coming from the left front suspension area. Uneven pavement and center line "cat eye" road separators cause it, and it's driving me nuts.
Took it to the shop and they tightened everything including sub-frame bolts, tie rod, control arm lugs and bushings, sway bar, etc. I even greased the hood latch and tightened the spare wheel wing nut.
Clank! Clank! I would appreciate any help on what else I might look at. Gracias!

I'll check those, but dampers were just put in last Summer (switched from CR and had about 10,000 miles on them). I'm starting to think that it just sounds like suspension problem but is actually from other source.
