Your bushing has failed, is leaking fluid and needs to be replaced. It's that simple.
Did you speak with the Service Manager? If not, please do so and explain in a calm, rational manner what is wrong with your car. If they still insist that they won't warrantee it, ask why not and get that in writing. During your discussions and queries, maintain a calm demeanor even if their responses seem off base.

Due to them being morons, I said no thanks I'll just come by later on today and pick the car up. I'm gonna take it to my dads friend this saturday whom I bought the car off of who works at another dealership and hopefully he can take care of it since he is really good friends with my dad, and has a close relationship with the boss there and is very well liked.
Today when I pick it up though, I'm gonna tell them to write down and sign that nothing is wrong with the differential, just in case something happens this week, they can take the blame for it. I'm also going to print out these pictures and show them to the person there, and explain how it needs to be replaced.

It's pretty black and white to me, You have a torn Diff mount boot and leaving the car raised to see if it leakes is a waste of time as the boot will only flex under torque while driving ! I doubt the fluid filled boot is under pressure while raised. Did they inspect the boot itself for tears ? it is only held on by four bolts and can be inspected on a lift!

Well, I just went to the dealership and I got the treatment I deserved
I went there and they charged me $97 because they looked at it, and the receipt was a yellow paper saying there were no leaks whatsoever. I talked to the guy that I talked to over the phone, and asked if he could bring me the service manager. I explained the problem to the service manager and he said he would lift the car back up so we could both check it out.
He came back around 10 minutes later telling me that I was right and there is a leak somewhere on the mount. I jumped on that little cart and we went over to my car and I pointed it out to him, and he said that he doesn't think it's the mount though because usually those aren't filled with anything, then he saw the receipt that I was holding in my hand and goes "did they make you pay for this?" i go yeah they did, and then he said he'll get me a refund. So I go back inside and then he comes in 5 minutes later and says that now he's finally positive that it's the mount that needs to be replaced and it should take around an hour to fix it. I told him I'll come back some other time, and I got my $100 and left
I'm probably gonna see what my dad says, because he wants to take it to McDavid Honda since he's really good friends with the guy in charge of things there, so we would get the right treatment and get it done for FREE unlike these people, who still wanted to charge me to fix it.

I can see wheel nuits torqued to 200 pounds, I can see o-ring "almost the same size" in your fuel rails, etc. I would be scared to drive to the mailbox after those nimrods had touched my car!

I'm very happy that you finally received good service. It's unfortunate that this was ever a problem.
1) Honda S2000 differential mounts are liquid filled.
2) Once all of the liquid leaks out, there's no more left to leak.
The technician displayed such a basic error in mechanical diagnosis that I would be very careful about future work done at that garage. If this represents the state of knowledge at that dealership concerning this one part on the S2000, I'd be very hesitant to let them work on any other.
One of our local dealerships has a mechanic who is an S2000 (and NSX) specialist. Is there such a person at the dealer you went to? Maybe he was on vacation .

Oh Costas, one more thing. I just reviewed this entire thread and want to encourage you to have the right (passenger) side differential mount examined very carefully. You provided a good photograph of what does appear to be a tear in the rubber boot. If that is an old tear, it's possible that the liquid leaked out so long ago that the evidence isn't there anymore. This is particularly possible since the car is new to you. One failed mount will allow additional stress on the remaining good mount, which may help explain why the left one failed. While the shop is replacing the one on the left, they may as well do the one on the right if necessary.
