According to your codes, your car posses the protocol for VSA.

is it possible the system was removed by someone?

Can you use a flashlight and look at the dash, see if the Triangle light is there? /_\ with ! in the middle.
Hi Billman, car has only had one owner from day one which would be me so nothing has been removed. Only "electrical" work done was a flashpro.

Checked my dash and there isn't any triangle light. Only thing I can think of the possibility that my car was manufactured in 06 but sold to me in 07!
Any other thoughts folks?

Issue solved! My car doesn't have VSA but as I had installed a flashpro, the box specifying VSA was not unchecked thus resulting in CEL p2138, u1102 & u0122 being flashed. P2138 was intermittent and a CEL would appear and disappear but U1102 & u0122 would not throw a CEL but operate in the background forcing a CEL every so often.

I speculate that as the VSA operates from wheel speed differences (possibly brought on by sandy/wet/cornering situations) small differences would force the ecu to search for the VSA and when there was no VSA input found, the CEL would flash.

Hope this helps all flashpro users with this issue

And yes Billman, I am one of the "special edition" 07 AP2's with no VSA!

This vital piece of info would have helped in your original post.

Sorry billman! Only got down to it in the 7th post but think the difficulty trying to troubleshoot was due to the fact that my car was an exception in specs.
