Solution for Hardtop Wind Noise?
Did we ever figure this one out? I'm gonna be putting my hardtop back on in a few days and am sure that that noise behind the driver will still be there. Mine gets really bad above 60 mph.

I would suggest there is a problem with the fit of the hardtop, I know when I fitted mine I had a devil of a time finding the right balance of pressure applied by the locking handles - too tight and the seals squeaked, too loose and I had wind noise. Get the dealer to check the fit of the roof, I found it to be a precision job - a couple of mm makes a big difference.

ditto to what tifosi said - getting the roof right is a detail oriented task.
even if you have to pay the dealer for some labour charges, it'll be well worth it.
