Soft Top Stopped Working AP2
Recently my soft top stopped working on my 2006. You don't even hear a relay clicking. Parking brake registers on the dash. Checked all fuses all okay. My rear defrost also stopped working at the same time. Checked that fuse and it's okay. Also connected to make sure switch wa plugged in and it is. All my windows work properly. Any ideas????

You mentioned no relay click, swap the relay?

You are correct. If the passenger window still works the soft top module should be fine.

Any chance you unplugged the convertible top switch and the defroster switch at the same time? If you replug the two plugs back into the wrong switches, they will fit and I think you may see the result you are seeing. I did this by accident when I replaced my top recently. Took me forever to figure it out.
Another possibility - If your convertible top disable switch failed closed for some reason, car thinks you have a hardtop installed. Then I think neither the soft top or the rear window defrost would work.

Check the switch that detects the hardtop /\ flick it in and out a few times
