Default Soft top leaks (air) now... HELP!

The problem is very noticable on the highway. You can hear air rushing into the car at the exact point on the driver side, between the top of the windshield and where the soft top makes contact. I read the service bulletin, and it says to go about repairing it with a "new hard top strike," that is... if the old "soft top strike" has failed.

Has anyone done this repair? Is this a DIY, or dealership headache? Still to this day i have never taken my car to any shop, but when it comes to convertable soft top problems, hell... i'm in the dark.

i put fish tank air hose over my hooks and that fixed it... has been fine. i will still replace the strikers but for $2 you can't beat the easy fix.
