There are little buckets with hoses attached on either side of the car, right behind the rear interior panels and somewhat below the soft top brushes. If you can poke around down in there with a straightened coat hanger, likely you will unblock whatever is causing the water to not drain. Numbers 17-21 on this diagram.

The ends of the rain rail empty water into the black buckets.
The buckets have about a 5/8" tube exiting from them, with a little bar across the hole to prevent large items from going down (like a sink drain)
These holes are commonly blocked with acorns, pine needles, and dirt.
I found one so packed with soil, it had stuff growing in it.
You can put the top down, and using a penlight you can see right into the buckets.

I dont think so. I forgot where it drains but I do remember that it drains straight to the bottom of the car close to where the side strikes would be.
