So I woke up today and put my oem cat back on.
Found out last night a buddy of mine got a $800 fine for not having one and his car impounded. They towed it at his cost as well.
See if they tried this on my car they would destroy the front bumper, rear bumper and rear diffuser along with other parts I wanted forever for.
I thought to myself b4 jacking it up, should I? I mean I dont drive like a idiot ever on the road and I love the sound of the 70mm test pipe with my 70mm single but is it really worth it.
My car made really good power on the dyno with my set up but really again, who cares. i decided to keep it legal on the streets and when I track it, swap it up.
Jacked it up and had the oem pipe on within 15 mins, Damn its heavy lol.
Car drove great as always, a tad more quiet and still seemed to go just as good.
So in the end, I dont have to worrie about being pulled over and having it impounded or the dreadful on site smog test that 100%, I would have failed yesterday.
Is the test pipe still worth its weight in gold, forsure, Loved it but if you live in a area where cops check or have emissions, Meh.
Im doing my part to save earth
thanks, I was bored and wanted gto share.

I can tell if a car isn't running a cat, even 4 -5 car lengths back.

Ok, its beautiful out, time to go for a boot!
$800 is first offence, can be as high as $2500. I believe Ontario is the only place in North America thats just as bad as cali with cops and their shitty ass laws.

god damn i think its time for me to change back to a Cat. I didnt think cops would stick there heads under the car to check if you have a cat or not especially since our cars are so low in the first place...
