so i decided to buy a header...
yea anyways i was wondering wat all would be involved in replacing my stock header with a dc ceramic header (gasket...etc) and about how long it would take for me and a buddy to put it on cuz we really dont have a lot of free time or our schedules conflict and stuff but i dont expect it to take more than a few hours if that sounds right?

Don't buy the DC header. It will not give you any gains, and it has actually been shown to lose power on some dynos when compared to a baseline (I have no experience.. just from reading on this forum). DC skimped on the development of the header for the S2000 (their headers for other Hondas work well). Its only good for slight weight loss (~6lbs i think).
Basically, no budget header will give you gains. Even expensive headers give minimal gains. The S2000s factory header is a great piece and is very difficult to improve on.

I don't know if there are any conclusive dynos on the megan header, but I believe its just a copy.. aka no real development went into it so I wouldn't expect gains.

There's a DIY thread around here somewhere (I think it was a Toda header, so maybe search for 'Toda header install'). It tells what parts you should replace & gives pointers on the install.
I think it took me about 2.5 hours to install my header by myself.

you might not want to waste your time w/ something you'll be unhappy with. I don't have the DC header so I'm not speaking from experience but I have heard nothing but NEGATIVE things about the DC header.
