All I can say is don't get a Spoon. That thing was waaaaay louder than my current T1R 63mm single.

any motified exhaust is illegal in ca..well here in the bayarea...but thats if you get caught being too loud etc..

I get can most if not all single to pass CA smog for $120.

i can write off the fixit ticket, so all you have to do is pay the $10 fee.

I dont get it....a smog check is around $45.
why wouldn't someone pass with a single?
now with a tp, thats different...

So I guess a better question would be what single will not get you harrassed. I know cops around here look for the single angled canister. That just happens to be the style that I love, so when I decide to get mine I want to know what they sound like.

Invidia N1 Exhaust I'm Guessing this one is loud.

Apexi world Sport I'm guessing this one is one of the quietest, but it's dual.

The Amuse Extra Titan is angled. I think I still have a vid of that exhaust on the dyno. I'll see if I can upload it somewhere.
