Default Smoke from misfiring engine

Recently I put together my engine on my 04 ap2 after changing new head gasket. It originally had random misfire, and ran extremely rough. I had this car from 74k on odo and currently it has 79k.

It has long misfire history, and finally cured by valve adjustment. While after half a year the symptom came back, since I swapped to invidia Q300 catback , it ran with very loud pop from exhaust. I took the car to shop for compression and leak down test, the result show good compression but around 60% leak from cylinder 1 and 2.

After pull out the head, I didn't observe any noticeable defect on the gasket, no bent valves, and no scored cylinder wall, so I cleaned carbon and did valve lapping to make them seal. To be honest I'm not sure about my lapping job, since two exhaust valves kept leaking I lap multiple times, and the valves seem sinked into the head a little bit, and the corresponding seats only have two angles instead of three.

Now the engine is still misfiring, and make things worse, smoke comes out near the exhaust manifold. I linked a movie that I uploaded to youtube, you can hear the pop from exhaust right from beginning, and the smoke came out around 55 seconds, sorry about the quality of the movie. The heat shield was unbolted so that I can have a clearer view, the smoke doesn't smell like burning oil other fluid, I can't tell what is burning.

Please help me on this issue. I'm living in Roanoke region VA, could anyone recommend any shop that is specific in repairing s2k?

Bump, please

That looks like steam in the video. Did you replace the head gasket ? Is there any oil around that area? The two problems could be unrelated. You could try doing a compression test yourself. Someone has to know more.
