Default Small Clunk....

Problem: a recent clunk developed which happens only (that I can tell) when I accelerate from a stop in 1st gear. It happens when I do a real easy start, and seems to clunk right as the clutch goes fully engaged.

This is NOT the thud you get when you're in neutral and you shift to first. I have that too, and this new one is about half (or less) as loud as that, so it is not real noticable, and doesnt involve shifting at all. I mostly feel it in the pedals, and can barely hear it. I couldnt get my passenger to hear it at all.

I notice it on an extremely mellow start using maybe 5% throttle and ~1000 rpm. when the clutch becomes fully engaged at about ~3mph, I hear/feel it.

Bolts that have been touched lately are the following:
- Gendron FSB install (checked/tightened all 10 bolts already, no change)
- front upper A-arm bolts (top weld the A-arm brackets).
- Lugs to change wheel (all 4 corners almost weekly for auto-x)

Things Ive checked already:
- Top of shocks (i thought maybe under accel the front of the car lifts and the shock was unweighted and moved around), they are tight.
- FSB, re-tightened everything, maybe endlinks are binding?
- wheels, obviously, all are tight.
- pushed front of car up and down... no clunk.

any ideas of what to check, Diff, axles, bearings, drive shaft? It feels like its front the front, but I could be wrong. I just feel like something is loose somewhere, and I have an auto-x this weekend. hoping to locate it before that.
