Slight hesitation on low rpm

This is normal for 06+ models. Many threads on it already. Solved partially by Hondata reflash, test pipe, warming up/cooling down, tighten throttle cable, get lighter flywheel.
I think the best guess was the new emissions setup they have with returnless fuel.

Possibility it might be the map sensor problem (just apply zip ties around that map sensor >>located on the manifold<<, but im not too sure if it was a 2004+ problem) because what happens is if you press on the throttle, that thing slightly "hops off", or your engine is cold. Make sure your engine is warmed up so you get a smoother ride. Try this and tell us how it goes.
Looks like Ill be making trip down to the dealer...

The oem map sensor for ap2 doesn't have a strap. As far as I know, only the replacement ones for ap1 have the strap. The hesitation with an ap2 is a different issue. It's in the way the ecu is programed from the factory. A friend of mine is a honda tech, he said it's normal... unfortunately. So far the only fix I've heard is a reflash from hondata(06 & up only). That's the way I will go soon.

Wonder how Hondata fixes the issue?
For the record its not heat bog, DEAR GOD LETS NOT TURN THIS INTO ANOTHER HEAT BOG THREAD. I can duplicate the problem engine hot, engine cold any time I want. All you need is for the engine to be at about 2k rpms and be gradually increasing your throttle percentage and it will do it every time before it reaches 3k rpms. As someone said its actually a fuel map issue, which is the reason why Honda has no fix for it. Like I said I'd love to know how Hondata fixes the issue. I'd also like to hear if anyone with a 07/08 is having the same problem, curious if Honda fixed this or not, if so it would be easy to switch to a newer ECU, other than the key programming.

Its a blatant fuel cut out, ride in one, you will see the issue.
Steadily increasing throttle percentage deosn't mean WOT, I'm probably less than 60%. Bogging the engine doesn't even matter, even if the engine is under heavily load it should still accelerate smoothly without cut out.
Both me and a buddy have 06's and can readily duplicate on command, hot weather, cold weather, warm engine, cold engine.
