I wanted to get some gas out of my car for an indoor show this Friday and tonight I started driving off the 3/4 of a tank ... thinking "I don't have time for this" I stopped at a Home Depot and bought two different widths of plastic tubing. I got both of them (the same happened with both of them) about 2 - 3 feet into the filler neck; along the way I encountered two stops, but the hose pushed past both of them. After that the hose seemed to hit a dead end, and I had not yet hit gasoline.

Has anyone successfully siphoned gas from their S2000 ? If yes -- please do tell how you did it ???

you're going to want to use very small diameter tubing and not flimsy rubber hosing. Use no more than 1/2" and be sure it's rigid enough and syphon away!

I have tried that diameter, but it was flimsy rubber tubing, hence I was unsuccesful! You say it is possible and you've done it??

yep, the type of tubing you want to use is the same that is used in the engine oil syphoning kits or "top siders" from what some people call them. It's very rigid tubing that can pass through the passages in the fuel delivery system. I think I used 1/4" tubing. I'll have to double check.

Clear tubing with wall thickness of ~2mm will do fine. Rather than siphening you could buy a hand pump. Gasoline doesn't taste so good and I have not been able to do this without getting gasoline in my mouth.

Put the main feed in a gas can and jump the fuel pump relay.
