How long was your exhaust installed before the problem appeared? Mine did it immediately, so I don't think it is a crack.
I expect it is something like StinkyTofu suggested... but when I tried his solution, the buzz still remained. I may have to do some more searching to find the right culprit for the buzz. But I will prevail!

I had mine installed for about a year before it cracked... I think i may go with a Invidia exhaust this time.

Just purchased a Veilside TI exhaust from another member. The bracket covering the first hanger closest to cat is cracked as well. No problems with the weld holding the hanger to the exhaust. He said it didn't rattle. When I install it I will let you guys know. Seems like this a common problem. If it does rattle what can you do to stop it? Heard titanium rods are almost impossible to get to fix the welds. Any fire proof matterial?

Have you guys tried to stiffer/harder exhaust bush/mounting option? I haven't looked back since.

i have a dual oval spugen and it rattles at idle. i will try the doc-t heat sheild fix in the morning. keep your fingers crossed!

I just picked up a Top Secret Ti and I am getting the buzz at about 5000 rpms. If I grab the tip (with a glove) the buzz stops. I had a Buddy Club before and it rattled at 4400 rpm.

Anybody find a solution?
