Signs of oil residue in spark plugs..

Default Signs of oil residue in spark plugs..
I just did my plugs today. All was fine until I got the the last plug closest to the firewall. Oil residue was stuck on that particular plug & I had a look inside to see not much but small specs of oil residue too. I'm thinking I might need a new valve cover gasket maybe? Or where is this leak coming from. What needs to be sealed?..

Tube seals.

There are 4 of them in thew valve cover. Sold individually.
