Default signs of a busted up differential?

while driving a a highway i not noticed that my car would begin to drift to the right only when i step on the gas. but when im not stepping on the gas the car stays in a strat line. yes the highway was flat and the steering wheel was dead center both times? does that mean that my differential is ready to go? is there a way that i can test it to see if it is in fact destroyed or not? BTW i do sometimes drive my car like a mad-man with the occasional kamakazi launches @8k or so....

THanks

The first thing to check is rear tire pressures.

Sounds like classic tire inflation problems. Check that your tires are properly inflated. I run 32 in the front and 34 in the rears.

Tire pressure.

It actually happened to one of the Houstooks this last week.

If you bust your diff you'll know it, the car won't go anywhere. At least that's my experience.
