oh and just curious.. what did you have before this?
Amuse dual.

I have a dyno appointment tomorrow. I'm hoping to find that this exhaust is unlocking some of the horsepower that has been missing. When we get the catback done it will be time to test the new header.

When all the bugs are worked out the exhaust will be available from one of the vendors here on s2ki.

Just changing out the cat back from the Amuse dual to this one upped the rw torque through the entire power range from 2250 rpm to 9400 rpm. Torque gains were largest above Vtec where they averaged about 10 ft lbs. Horsepower gains were present too, peaking out at 467+ rwhp.

The new headers (not yet completed) combined with this exhaust should put me up 50+ rwhp and close to 30 ft lbs torque over the Toda header and Amuse dual exhaust.

I love it when a plan comes together.

Nice. So you are using the stock cat? I'm guessing not....

The new large catback system with no cat is putting out the power.

Shifting at redline (9450 rpm) keeps the torque above 260 ft lbs through 4th, 5th and 6th as the tranny drops into the next gear just below 8000 rpm. This really impacts the top end and the car runs out exceedingly well at triple digits.

I am aware of the lower dyno being cut off at 8900 rpm but the max torque had been reached.

I expect the new header to free up about twice the power we saw released by the cat back. After the header is done we will tweek the entire system for power and then consider noise issues. I want to find power before worrying about noise. I'm looking forward to joining the 500 Horsepower Club next year with a stock block.

Wow, Pretty nice numbers!

I just got my S so the stock power is enough for me right now, Sideways around turns is fun enough....skinny 225 tires help that though
