side marker parts fell into fender……

Default side marker parts fell into fender……
Old side marker was broken while being taken off from the fender, part of it fell into the fender through the side marker hole and generates rattling noise while driving…I guess I will have to remove the fender and get that piece of shit out of the fender?

Remove tire and inner fender lining. Don't think you need to remove fender, itself.
