Default Should I be worried?

The last couple weeks it has been in the low to mid 20's F when I leave for work. There is no noise on start up. I usually hit the same traffic light red about half way to work. At this time, the water temp is showing 5 or 6 bars (AP2). While sitting at this light I've been hearing what I believe is the classic tct noise. I hear it at the next light also. It's not very loud. I can just barely hear it. When I park at work, the noise is gone.

Is this an indication that the tensioner is going up, or will it probably go away when the weather warms up?

Maybe I should add that on the way home when temps have been in the upper 30's/low 40's there is no noise at all.

Thanks in advance

Check the oil and if u have a bad tct the noise would be there all the time.
