Should i upgrade my ecu?
Hey, i have mugen header, intake and exhaust and i heard that the only way to get power out of them is to upgrade the ecu....is this true and what do you guys recomend for an ecu upgade?.....is there a place where i can get my stock ecu reflased for a cheaper price then picking up a new one?...thanks in advance.

Our ecu's are non flashable. The Mugen header should yield you some ponies in the mid-range with the stock ecu. With a vafc, you can squeeze more ponies out of your car. If you want to yield the biggest gain, go with an ems.
I dun't drag my car, so I dun't care enough about an extra 20-30 ponies to deal with the hassles of an ems. My car runs good the way it is, although I wouldn't mind having the Mugen header

Yep, if you have the money skip the ecu and get the AEM EMS. Of course it's a pretty big price difference (especially when you include the tuning) but it is well worth it if you want NA power. Otherwise if you are on a tight budget I'd go with the VAFCII or the greddy emanage as they are better priced and can be tuned yourself to affect only full throttle.
