Should I replace the clutch?
I have 60K miles on the odometer, and my clutch is working just fine. I autocross the car but mostly do long commuting trips.
I'm taking the car for a TSB and they are taking the transmission out to replace 4th and 3rd gear. Should I change the clutch while they have the transmission out? Remember that the clutch was working fine. I don't want to change anything to aftermarket products so I can stay in the Stock Class at Autocross.
If replacement is recommended, what should I change? Friction disk? Pressure plate? Throw out bearing? Flywheel? Pilot bearing? either? all of the above? Or just the friction plate?
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

60K miles is getting up there for an S2000 clutch. Doing the job is almost as much as the parts themselves and since the clutch will already be exposed, you should seriously consider changing some parts. Have the flywheel inspected carefully and machine it if necessary. Change the clutch disc, T.O. bearing, pilot bearing, lube the T.O. bearing spindle (they can neglect this) and release fork. Since you say the clutch feels good, you can probably keep the existing PP. Doing this should add very little to the labour and you can get a cost estimate for the parts beforehand.

Excellent. Thanks a lot. That's exactly what I needed to know.
Regarding the flywheel, I don't believe Honda will let me get away with a "machined" flywheel to keep the warranty intact. If needed, I may need to get a new one.

Ask them. A couple of local owners had their flywheels machined during a clutch job and put back into the car. The dealer sent it out. Since they sent it out, the warranty was OK. If they insist on it, then make sure the flywheel really needs to be replaced. If it has no hot spots, leave it.
