Read the manual.

Coolant is usually time based rather than mileage based.

Mine is 7-8 year, 57k miles. I know what manual says, but there are many things that owners do and recommend to do differently. Like valve adjustment for example thats recommended here to do at 20-30k intervals. If you Google coolant intervals, some say change it every 30k others every 60k etc.

Personally I would do it every 5 years, and 7 years on the factory fill. Honda coolant is some of the best stuff you can run. My car was 7 years old when I bought it and I changed it as soon as I bought the car, looking in the oem rad it was still spotless so the coolant was working well.
